01. Definitions

"The Work Nation" refers to the co-working space operated by The Work Nation."Member" refers to individuals or entities who have registered and paid for membership."Services" include the use of office space, meeting rooms, amenities, and any additional services provided.

02. Membership

Membership is granted only upon completion of the registration process and payment of applicable fees.Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared with unauthorized individuals.

03. Changes to the terms

Members shall have access to designated workspaces based on their membership plan.Access to the facilities may be restricted during maintenance or renovation activities.Members must respect the privacy and working conditions of other members.

04. Payment Terms

Membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable.Late payments may incur additional charges as specified upon registration.The Work Nation reserves the right to change membership fees with written notice 30 days in advance.

05. Conduct and Responsibilities

Members are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to ensure a respectful work environment.Members are responsible for the security of their belongings. The Work Nation is not liable for lost or stolen items.

06. Use of Amenities

Use of shared amenities (Pantry, Wash room, Meeting rooms, etc.) should be considerate and cleaned up by the housekeeping after use.Members must adhere to posted guidelines for the use of any communal spaces.

07. Termination

The Work Nation reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these Terms.Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice 30 days in advance.

08. Liability

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Work Nation from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the space.The Work Nation is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or injury occurring on the premises.

09. Confidentiality

Members shall protect the confidentiality of other members' information and business activities.The Work Nation will also protect Members' confidential information and will not disclose it without consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indore,Madhya Pradesh,India.

11. Amendments

The Work Nation reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, which will take effect after the notification period.

12. Acceptance

By signing below, the Member acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by them.
